Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
Are any items non-returnable?
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.

All PrimeGrip barbells use 2-inch Olympic sleeves and are compatible with standard Olympic weight plates.

Our Heavy Grips set includes 100 lb, 150 lb, and 200 lb resistance levels. Our 6-Pack set offers a progressive range from light to heavy for all skill levels.
