Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at info@primegripofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Within 2 business days we will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the exact recipient name to write on your package.

Please write the recipient name from your RMA on the package. Do not send any item back before receiving an RMA — packages without the correct recipient name may be returned to sender or not processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover all return costs.

Large or Oversized Items

For large or heavy items (for example: barbells, racks, benches, machines, kettlebells), if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@primegripofficial.com within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement without requiring you to ship the item back. For change-of-mind returns of large items, please contact us first; due to size and weight, return arrangements and shipping costs will be confirmed during the RMA process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@primegripofficial.com with your order number and photos. We will evaluate the case and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@primegripofficial.com.
